Tim Tebow Rumors: New England Patriots Quarterback Talks NY Jets Streaker, Troy Polamalu, Christian Faith, Steelers Win At Men's Conference With Duck Dynasty Stars

New England Patriots quarterback Tim Tebow is still one of the most popular players in the NFL and he proved that again over the weekend, as he spoke at one of his many speaking engagements, this time at a Men's conference in South Carolina.

According to the Christian Post, Tebow appeared at an event at the Bi-Lo Center in Greenville for the 2013 Wildfire "Men's Impact Weekend" Conference that included a number of other celebrities, including "Duck Dynasty" stars Willie and Jase Robertson. The center was filled with thousands of men for the event and the weekend was to celebrate sports, faith and the outdoors with things like paintball and fly fishing.

University of South Carolina QB Dylan Thompson spoke about Tebow before he took the stage and mentioned God and his religious beliefs and Tebow came out to a big standing ovation from the crowd. The quarterback spoke about a wide range of topics, including his faith, football career and even a streaker at a game that inspired him during his run with the Broncos.

Tebow was named the starter of the Broncos after the team opened 1-4 and he led them to seven wins in 11 games, including a comeback against the Jets, who he eventually would play for. He spoke about that game at the conference and he how the Jets had the team back on its own five yard line with the entire field to go down before they could score.

Tebow spoke about how he was running around and eventually was out of breath despite feeling good about his conditioning and as they moved down the field on third down, he was out of breath and he happened to see a streaker come down onto the field just as he was going to call the play. Following that moment he was able to call the play and he took it around the corner for the winning touchdown on a run.

Tebow also spoke about his connections to faith and how he used to write Bible verses on his eye black and how many people Googled John 3:16 after he did it during the title game. He also spoke about the game against the Steelers that saw the Broncos win in overtime and the 3:16 connections, as he was told after the game: "You threw for 316 yards, your yards per completion were 31.6, your yards per rush were 3.16,  the time of possession was 31.6 and the peak ratings of the night were 31.6, and during that game 90 million people Googled John 3:16. And it's trending on Facebook and Twitter. And man, was I humbled of what the God that we serve can do with our lives."
