Deion Sanders is now a single man once again, and was so excited about his divorce, he had to tweet about it on Twitter.

"Thank God Thank God! This 2 year Drama filled divorce is over. Prenup stood, Custody of All kids,pay yo own fees! God is Faithful! Truth," Sanders wrote on Friday.

Sanders followed up his first tweet with a message to all the young men looking to get married: "Men listen closely! Don't choose a woman with your flesh choose her with your spirit and heart. Yo flesh will lie until you flesh die. Truth," he said.

Sanders filed for divorce from his wife Pilar 18 months ago, but finally had everything approved in a Texas court on Friday. Pilar's rep said she's filed several claims against her ex-husband including fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, mental distress and physical abuse.

In April, Deion posted a photo online of his children filling out a police report against their mother, an action that followed Pilar filing a $200 million lawsuit against Sanders because his "emotional weapons" allegedly turned her into a gold-digger.

The case appears to remain open, as a result of how ugly things got between Sanders and his ex-wife.

Sanders will have to once again face a jury and his ex-wife in court, but as of now a date has not yet been set.
