NBA Regular Season Schedule: TV Channel and Start Times As Opening Games Tuesday and Wednesday

The NBA season is getting ready to begin on Tuesday night and there will be a number of games on the schedule, including on TNT for a doubleheader between the Miami Heat and Chicago Bulls, which will go before the Los Angeles Lakers and the Clippers later at 10:30 pm.

The games between the Lakers and Clippers and Bulls and Miami are very anticipated and the first actual game of the season is the Orlando Magic travelling to play the Indiana Pacers at 7 pm. The games on Tuesday come before a huge slate of games on Wednesday and that schedule includes everyone else that did not play as well as some other matchups, including the Miami Heat travelling to play the Philadelphia 76ers after playing the Bulls.

The Lakers will play against the golden State Warriors up north the next day while the New York Knicks will open their season against the Milwaukee Bucks in the real debut of the Madison Square Garden, while the Brooklyn Nets will be on the road in Cleveland taking on the Cavaliers. Some of the other notable games include the Thunder taking on the Jazz and another interesting game is the Atlanta Hawks and Dallas Mavericks, two teams that are trying to improve this season.

The Pistons will open in Detroit with their new look team against another doing the same in the Wizards, while the Houston Rockets will start the Dwight Howard era with the Bobcats in Texas. The Memphis Grizzlies and the San Antonio Spurs will have a nice playoff rematch, while the Pelicans and Indiana Pacers will play on Wednesday as well. The season is an anticipated one for the Pelicans as well, as they pulled off two big trades this year and should be much improved.

The Nuggets are playing the Kings and the Magic will play back to back against the Wolves on the road, while the Suns and Blazers will play in a matchup of young teams looking to get better as well. Boston and Toronto will also be going down and the schedule continues on Halloween as well with the New York Knicks and the Bulls as well as the golden State Warriors taking on the LA Clippers.
