Channel- Where to Watch: NBA TV, (Click here for channel info)

Time: 7 p.m. ET, 10:30 p.m. ET

Matchups: Brooklyn Nets vs. Cleveland Cavaliers, Los Angeles Lakers vs. Golden State Warriors

In both matchups, watch old school versus new school. The Nets are now pretty old after adding Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce to their roster. However, they are now in the talks as being one of the favorites in the league as Garnett and Pierce, who have plenty of playoff experience join a team that had playoff hopes written all over them. Now, barring health issues, the Nets are a favorite to challenge the Miami Heat and the other top dogs in the league.

The Cavaliers have a lot of talent that has to mature, but the talent is there. Kyrie Irving is young, but already a star. These guys could be a force in a few years and it would be thanks to draft picks and LeBron James.

The following meeting after the conclusion of the Nets vs. Cavaliers will be another old school, new school matchup as the Lakers and Warriors hookup in Golden State. Do not laugh at the Lakers, they just made a name for themselves. No Kobe Bryant, who needs a Black Mamba anyways? Wait, that is a joke. However, the Lakers bench proved it could entertain an opponent in the fourth quarter as the starters rested. In fact, the Lakers' no-name bunch lit up the Los Angeles Clippers, scoring all the points in the final minutes and closing out the game on a ridiculous run.

The Lakers will be challenged once again by the same style of team, with a different style of attack. The Clippers will beat you on the fast break and around the rim, but the Warriors will beat you from the perimeter. Will the Lakers' defense cover the floor well enough and prevent the Warriors from lighting up the scoreboard?

The Warriors are a hungry team that had Western Conference Finals written all over them, but they could not close the deal. Not closing out can happen to anybody, especially a young team like the Warriors. However, this year, they come experienced, ready to take on what the regular season has to offer. Stephen Curry has arrived, so make way.
