The Philadelphia Phillies and Milwaukee Brewers are playing on the MLB schedule on Thursday and the game starts up at 4:05 pm ET and streaming live from the MLB.com website from Citizens Bank Park as the pitching matchup brings Kyle Kendrick and Kyle Lohse to the mound after a delay on Monday.

The Brewers are coming into the game playing well and they are 4-2 after sweeping the Red Sox and that came in Boston in Fenway Park and now they will try and keep that momentum going. The Phillies have played better of late and they are 3-3 now after a tough start against Texas and they played against the Chicago Cubs next and now they are looking to keep things going, as Chase Utley and Jimmy Rollins have been playing well to start the season. The Phils are hitting .276 this season and averaging 5.2 runs per game and that was helped along by the big start in Texas.

Lohse lost to the Atlanta Braves to start the season and Kendrick comes in looking to get his first decision of the season and this comes after the teams sat around on Monday waiting for the rain to finish. The two teams are looking to stay on the winning side of things and the Brewers come in having scored 21 runs over the first six games and they are ranked in the top 10 in hitting with a .263 average and they are 12^th in slugging percentage to start the year.

Utley will be out for the game while dealing with flu symptoms and that means his hot bat will be on the bench. The Phillies rank 10^th in the league in runs so far this season and they are fourth in both batting average and on base percentage and they come into the game seventh in slugging as well. The pitching has been up and down and they are hoping that Kendrick can even things out for the team.
