Ever since 2010 the American has yet to find his stroke, being eliminated in the within the first two rounds in both the Australian Open and Roland Garros in 2011 and 2012.
Following that matchup on Court No. 1, Elena Baltacha (101) from Great Britain will face No. 4 ranked Petra Kvitova from the Czech Republic.
Kvitova is the defending Wimbledon champion.
