The Golden State Warriors and LA Clippers are playing on the NBA Preseason 2014 schedule live on Tuesday from Los Angeles at the STAPLES Center and the game starts up at 10:30 pm ET and has Chris Paul matching up with Stephen Curry and comes after the turmoil for the Clips this summer and now they have a new owner in Steve Ballmer and championship expectations after losing last season.

The Warriors come into the season after making a great run in the playoffs and they have a new head coach in Steve Kerr after firing Mark Jackson. The Clippers come into the season after winning 57 games last season and they were the number one ranked offense in the league in points per game. The team was third in assists per game last season and now Chris Paul and Blake Griffin come back after a rough summer with Donald Sterling.

The Clippers play the Portland Trail Blazers next, while the Golden State Warriors play against the LA Lakers in their next preseason game. The team was the subject of intense trade rumors with Kevin Love this summer, but they did not want to give up Klay Thompson. Steph Curry led the team in scoring last season and now the Warriors come into the year with very high expectations with Kerr at the helm.
