Fantasy Football Start or Sit Week 7: DeMarco Murray, Andre Holmes, Matt Asiata, Mark Ingram, Arian Foster, Percy Harvin, Lamar Miller

The fantasy football week is here and some start or sit options for Week 7 include Matt Asiata, DeMarco Murray, Mark Ingram, Lamar Miller, Arian Foster, Andre Holmes, Percy Harvin, Ryan Mathews, Montee Ball, Ronnie Hillman, Andre Ellington, Reggie Bush and Jimmy Graham, as some of those names are dealing with injuries and others have strong matchups and could perform well for owners.

DeMarco Murray has been the best player in the league this season and he is a START option even while dealing with an illness coming into Sunday. The Cowboys face the Giants and they are reeling from a loss against the Eagles and that could lead to a huge game from Murray. Ingram looks set to come back from an injury and he could be a strong start option even against a tough defense like the Detroit Lions. Ronnie Hillman continues to start for the Broncos, while Branden Oliver has been playing well while starting for Ryan Mathews and Donald Brown.

Percy Harvin is dealing with a thigh injury and he could be limited this week and owners should keep an eye on him heading into the weekend. Harvin has dealt with hip issues over the past year and if he is not active, fantasy owners will need to find a replacement for him. Jimmy Graham is expected to miss a couple games and that is a big loss for fantasy owners, as he is the best TE option in the league apart from Julius Thomas this season.

Lamar Miller is a strong START option now with Knowshon Moreno out and he will get the chance to be the RB1 for the rest of the season now that he is injured. Miller comes in after having another good game last week and he is going to get the most carries over Daniel Thomas and Damien Williams going forward. Miller is a speedy back and with Moreno out for the season, he will get plenty of touches in and out of the backfield.

Andre Holmes is a good start option for the Raiders, as he was the top receiver in Week 6 and he could be the main option going forward the rest of the season. Holmes played the most snaps of any wideout, even more than James Jones and now he could be the top man with Jones for Derek Carr. This season Holmes has 15 catches for 269 yards and three scores and he is coming off of a two TD game. Over the past two games he leads the Raiders in targets and has had nine catches for over 180 yards in that span.

Arian Foster is dealing with a groin injury, but Rotoworld reports that it is not a serious issue and he should be good to go for Monday night. Foster comes in with 513 rushing yards this season and five touchdowns and he had a big game last week against the Colts with 141 yards and two touchdowns. Foster has only missed one game this season and that has been his biggest issue, as he missed half the year last season and the Texans and fantasy owners are hoping he can stay healthy. As long as he plays, he is a START option.
