Of the two Brazilians that have been heavily linked with a move to Chelsea, one has verbally agreed on a move, while the other has left it in "God's hands."

Oscar, who admitted to having a medical at Stamford Bridge last week, has moved ever closer to signing after his Brazilian club Internacional's president Giovanni Luigi acknowledged a move was close.

"There is a verbal agreement between the two parties," Luigi told Radio Guiaba. But we have to put that on paper and the lawyer of both clubs have to discuss the matter."

Oscar, who is seen as one of the brightest prospects in Brazil, has also reportedly interested Tottenham; but Chelsea now look to have, as good as, sealed the capture after outbidding their London rivals.

Another player, who has been linked with Spurs, Hulk, said he was not aware of any interest in Chelsea, and would leave the decision on his future to God and his agent.

Hulk was expected to be the second big summer signing of Chelsea, after Eden Hazard, but the move has stalled over the past month, leading to suggestions the European Champions have started to look for other options.

"My future is in God's hands," the 25-year-old Brazilian told Lancenet. "Regarding transfers, I let my agent handle it. I'm focused on the national team."

Hulk, who is capable of playing on the wings, as well as through the center, was seen as another piece for Chelsea's puzzle, as they try to reinvent themselves, under Roberto Di Matteo, into a side capable of playing an attractive style.

Both Oscar and Hulk are in London with the Brazilian Olympic team, and until the tournament ends, or until an announcement is made, speculation is bound to continue on two of the game's brightest talents.
