2015 Pro Bowl Schedule: TV Start Time, Online Live Stream, Rosters and Rule Changes For NFL All-Star Game

The 2015 Pro Bowl is on schedule for Sunday and the game is on TV from ESPN and streaming online from the WatchESPN website at 8 pm ET from Glendale, Arizona at the Super Bowl site at University of Phoenix Stadium and the matchup has some new rules and format changes to make the game more exciting, including kicking changes and the fantasy roster picks for the teams.

Jason Garrett and John Harbaugh are coaching the teams and the rosters were selected in a fantasy draft style, with Cris Carter and Michael Irvin facing off. The AFC and NFC players were put into a pool and the league is hoping that gets more people to watch after they did that last year. The Pro Bowl used to be a better competition, but over the past few years people have noticed the lax defense and minimal effort.

The NFL threatened to take away the Pro Bowl without the players taking it more seriously and now the new rule changes and draft style have pushed the excitement a bit. Tony Romo, Andrew Luck, Antonio Brown, Odell Beckham, Jamaal Charles and DeMarco Murray were some of the top players taken and now they will face off on mixed teams of conference players.

The new rules include changes to the goal posts, length of extra points and to the way time is kept and the league hopes that will make for a more exciting matchup. There will be extra two minute warnings and possession changes, while the play clock will be sped up to 35 seconds instead of 40 in the hopes of making it more exciting. The game will also have no kickoffs and the goal posts will be made smaller and extra points will be kicked from farther away.
