New York Giants News: Jason Pierre Paul Prank on Teammate Prince Amukamara, Dropped in Ice Tub (Video)

We have heard of Jason Pierre-Paul's versatility on the football field, but the 6' 5," 270 pound defensive end also has a joking side off the field as he pranked defensive back Prince Amukamara on Saturday.

Pierre-Paul dropped the 6 feet 207 pound defender in a tub of cold ice, usually reserved for the players following games, but Amukamara had no intensions of getting into the showers, let alone the hot tub at the moment as he was fully dressed in shorts and a Giants' long sleeve.

Here is the video. Warning, there is harsh language.

Coach Tom Coughlin addressed the media after hearing about the incident.

"I'm going to look into it. I'm going to talk to the parties involved," Coughlin said during his Sunday teleconference, via the New York Daily News. "As I'm understanding it, there were some parts of it that were inappropriate. In no way is anything that occurs within this family or group, should that be a part of any kind of social media. So I'm going to address that strongly. I've spent a little time on that this preseason. So I'll look into it further."

Amukamara, who was the Giants' first-round pick in the 2011 draft was baffled at what had occurred. He thought he had earned his stripes and believed things like this would not happen to him in the clubhouse.

"Yeah, um, well, I mean, I just don't get it. I don't understand the rules," he told The Star-Ledger. "I mean, I'm not a rookie anymore, so I don't know why I'm getting thrown in the tub. I know it's all love."

The scene looked like it was taken from a group of guys in a fraternity. It looks like a harmless prank on one of the guys in the club. However, the portion of distributing the video via social networks is an issue coaches and organizations have been dealing with in recent years.

This is nothing compared to what the New York Jets have experienced in their locker room.
