Spartak Moscow coach Unai Emery will lead his squad against one of the toughest teams in the world as they travel to Camp Nou to clash with a dominate Barcelona team in a Group G match up at 2:45 p.m. ET.

If Emery manages to lead his side to victory over Barcelona it will be the first time he has engineered a win over the Spanish giants in his career. Emery had several attempts with Primera Division side Valencia, who he coached between 2008 and earlier this year.

"I am overjoyed to play Barcelona because they are one of the best three teams in the world, if not the best,'' Emery told www.marca.com.

"There is the added difficulty of dealing with them but there are more positive than negative things about facing Barcelona. We have to enjoy it.''

For the home team Barcelona, they have maintained a 100% record in La Liga winning all four opening matches and are eager to put behind them the disappointment of losing in the semi-finals last season.

Lionel Messi, who has been on fire, scored twice over the weekend as Barcelona secured a 4-1 victory over Getafe.

Messi came off the bench last weekend, but this time around is expected to start, with striker David Villa also in contention.
