Capital One Cup Live Stream: West Brom Albion vs. Liverpool In Action at 3 p.m.

West Bromwich Albion will host Liverpool as two squads of the Premier League will meet up in the Capital One Cup at 3 p.m. ET/8 p.m. GMT.

Both teams are having completely different seasons in the Barclays Premier League.

West Brom is enjoying a fourth seed at the top of the standings so far in 2012. However, Liverpool is in the lower ranks of the league as they are the third worse team in the standings.

Liverpool has yet to win a game this season. They were roughed up by these same Baggies 3-0 in their first match of the season. Their most successful game came against Manchester City where they pulled off the draw, which equaled to an upset for Man City.

Liverpool lost to Arsenal 2-0, had a draw with Sunderland and then, most recently, lost 2-1 to Manchester United.

West Brom has racked up 10 points so far in the season. They are 4-0-1 and are off to a hot start as they have yet to drop a game this season.

Their only blemish was a 1-1 tie with Tottenham in their second game of the season. They have gone on to shutout Everton, Fulham and Reading, allowing their lone goal in the Tottenham draw.

Despite struggling in the season, Liverpool will give it their all as they are the defending champions of the Capital One Cup.
