The Buffalo Bills go into San Francisco where they will face a hungry 49ers team. The action kicks off at 4:25 p.m. ET/1:25 p.m. PT.

The Niners are coming off a huge victory over the New York Jets. The defeated New York 34-0 and accused them of giving up in the game. With a win today, after an Arizona Cardinals loss on Thursday, the 49ers will attempt to take control of the NFC West.

The Niners will face the Buffal Bills, who have been on a roller coaster ride this entire season.

They invested a ton of money giving Mario Williams the most expensive contract for a defensive player at six years for $96 million. They had the New England Patriots cornered late in the game, but gave up 45 second half points to lose their lead and lose the game 52-28.

The 49ers have a tough defense. The Bills have a potent offense led by their running game.  They will go against one of the Top 5 defenses in the league.
