There will be bad news for either Denver Nuggets or Golden State Warrior fans, after tonight's NBA Preseason basketball meeting one of the two teams will no longer be undefeated.
Yeah, it's only the preseason, so I doubt anybody would take these records seriously, but it's fun to watch your team put it together regardless if it was preseason. You get some hope and at least think that your team has a real chance in the regular season.
The Nuggets recently got past the San Antonio Spurs 97-91. Corey Brewer dropped a game-high 24 points in that matchup and is so far averaging 20 points in two exhibition games.
Danilo Gallinari had 19 points and the new member of the Nuggets, Andre Iguodala had 11 points.
Warriors defeated the Maccabi Haifa in their most recent preseason game as the NBA looks to continue expanding their influences around the world.
After trading away their star guard Monte Ellis, the Warriors went on to build up decent roster adding Jarret Jack, Carl Landry and adding No. 7 overall pick in the 2012 draft Harrison Barnes.
Barnes dropped 20 points going 3-5 from three-point range. Landry had 24 points for the team-high.
A big question mark in their roster is the healthy of three-point assassin Stephen Curry. He finished the game against Haifa with 13 points and 10 assists. He shot 2-4 from long distance.
