Losers of three straight, the Houston Rockets face the Detroit Pistons at 8 p.m. as both teams look to bounce out of their struggles.
Well, the entire 2012 season has been a struggle for the Pistons who are off to a winless 0-7 campaign.
They are fresh off their most recent loss on Friday againast the Oklahoma City Thunder where they dropped that meeting 105-94.
For the Rockets, they have dropped three straight games after winning two consecutive games behind James Harden.
They loss to the Memphis Grizzlies Friday night and will look to change this pattern as they host the Pistons
The Pistons will look to continue controlling Harden, who has struggled since those big games at the start of the season. In charge of defending Harden will be the long-armed Tayshaun Prince.
"We thought he would have had a tougher time as far as figuring out their offense, but they only stuck to a couple plays the entire game, which helped him out and kept him in a good rhythm," Prince said. "We know what type of player James Harden is."
As far as where the Rockets' issues lie, Jeremy Lin believes it has something to do with their defense.
"We think we are just not running," Lin said. "We are not running with urgency and speed. Some of it is on me, too, not getting back (when opponents) do run the ball. We just need to make a conscious effort as a team of getting everybody up the floor."
