Kaepernick has been placed on injured reserve and will be out for the season, while Johnson and Lynch are likely to play. UPDATE: Alshon Jeffery is out. Marshawn Lynch is out.
The Chicago Bears have Alshon Jeffery and Matt Forte coming into Week 11 dealing with injuries and those players are listed as questionable for Sunday. Forte is dealing with a knee injury, while Jeffery has been dealing with a groin issue. According to Pro Football Talk, Forte was able to return to practice after missing two games with a knee injury and if he is out, Jeremy Langford will continue to be the lead back. Jeffery was able to play last week despite the injury, while linebacker Pernell McPhee is also questionable.
Marshawn Lynch comes into the weekend listed as questionable for Seattle with an abdominal injury for the game against the San Francisco 49ers. According to Pro Football Talk, Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll described the addition of Lynch to the injury report as "questionable with a positive bend" and there is a chance that he could play this weekend. Lynch dealt with the same issue last week and was able to play and he went for 122 yards against the Cardinals, which was a season high. Vincent Jackson is expected to play for the Buccaneers.
Eddie Lacy is likely going to play for the Packers on Sunday, but James Starks is expected to start for Green Bay. Lacy was able to practice and should suit up for the team. John Brown has been dealing with hamstring injuries, but he is "optimistic" that he will play against the Bengals. Calvin Johnson has been dealing with an ankle injury and he is listed as probable for the Lions after practicing. Hillman is dealing with a thigh injury and will play for the Broncos, likely as the starter over CJ Anderson
Colin Kaepernick was placed on injured reserve by the San Francisco 49ers and now the quarterback will be out for the season. According to Pro Football Talk, Kaepernick has been dealing with shoulder soreness this season and reports have Kaepernick possibly undergoing surgery for the injury. Kaepernick has been replaced by Blaine Gabbert as the starting quarterback for the 49ers and now he is shut down for the season.

Richie Incognito is coming into Monday night for the Bills against the Patriots listed as questionable, while tackle Cyrus Kouandjio is listed as probable. Incognito is dealing with a shoulder injury and was limited in practice on Friday and Saturday.
The Cincinnati Bengals have Pacman Jones and Michael Johnson dealing with injuries and both of those players could be out for Sunday night. According to Pro Football Talk, both players are listed as doubtful for the game, with Johnson dealing with a back injury and Jones dealing with a foot injury. Andre Smith is listed as probable for the game after missing the last two for Cincy.
