Monday Night Fantasy Start or Sit: Kamar Aiken, Buck Allen Options, Crockett Gillmore, Matt Schaub For Ravens Week 12

The Baltimore Ravens are taking on the Browns for Monday night football and some players to start or sit for the game include Kamar Aiken, Buck Allen, Crockett Gillmore, Chris Givens and Matt Schaub. The Ravens have been hit hard by injuries and players like Joe Flacco, Steve Smith and Justin Forsett have all been lost for the season.

The Ravens and Browns are battling at the bottom of the AFC North division and this game could have importance for the draft order come 2016. Fantasy owners should look at Kamar Aiken as a solid start option against the Browns, as he is basically the last man standing and is the top target for the Ravens. Matt Schaub is not the QB that Joe Flacco is, but someone has to get targets and Aiken could end up as the leader for the Ravens in this game.

Aiken comes in after putting up five catches for 50 yards and a touchdown against the Rams in Week 11 and ion the game before that he had 14 targets against Jacksonville. Aiken had seven catches for 73 yards in that game and over his past three games Aiken has put up at least five catches and 50 yards in all three contests. Aiken has been solid this season with 37 catches for 456 yards and he now takes over as the number one WR for the Ravens.

Buck Allen is taking over for Justin Forsett and he has already made an impact, going for over 100 total yards last week against the Rams. Forsett is out with a broken arm for the rest of the season and Allen now takes over as the starter. Allen had 22 carries for 67 yards last week and he also added five catches for 48 yards and he is worth starting in standard and PPR leagues. Allen has 249 rush yards this season and he is averaging just under 4.0 yards per carry.

Crockett Gillmore has stepped up at tight end for the Ravens this season and he comes in after putting up five catches for 101 yards and a TD against the Rams. This season Gillmore has 29 catches for 385 yards and four TDs and he has been a low-end TE1 for fantasy owners in deeper leagues. Gillmore has scored a TD in two of his past three games and he put up the best numbers of the season last week with his stat line.

Chris Givens is a deep league option for anyone desperate for a WR on Monday, as he will slot into the number two spot behind Aiken. Matt Schaub is getting the chance to start and he will be playing for the first time since back in 2014 with the Raiders.
