NFL Injury Updates Week 13: CJ Anderson, Matt Hasselbeck, LeSean McCoy, Travis Benjamin, Kenny Stills, Vernon Davis, Vance McDonald, Crockett Gillmore, Ereck Flowers

The NFL injury report heading out of Week 13 has players like LeSean McCoy, CJ Anderson, Travis Benjamin, Vernon Davis, Vance McDonald, Crockett Gillmore, Kenny Stills, Ereck Flowers, Matthew Slater and Stephon Gilmore dealing with injuries. Matt Hasselbeck was knocked out of the game on Sunday night with a neck injury and was not able to return.

Heath Miller sat out for the Steelers on Sunday night, while Ben Roethlisberger was able to play despite dealing with a head injury last week against Seattle. NFL.com reports that LeSean McCoy suffered a head injury on Sunday against the Houston Texans, put he cleared out the councussion protcol and was able to return to the game for Buffalo. CJ Anderson suffered an ankle injury for the Broncos, while Kenny Stills also suffered an ankle injury for the Miami Dolphins.

The Cleveland Browns saw Travis Benjamin leave with a shoulder injury, while Joe Bitonio and Josh Shaw also had to lead the game with injuries. The Patriots had Matthew Slater deal with a stringer against the Eagles, while Dont'a Hightower did not play after previously suffering an MCL sprain. The San Francisco 49ers saw Vance McDonald and Aaron Lynch suffer concussions against the Bears, while Crockett Gillmore suffered a back injury for the ravens against the Dolphins.

CJ Anderson had to leave the game for the Broncos against the Chargers with an ankle injury, but the running back did not think the injury was serious. According to the Denver Post, Troy Renck reports that Anderson doesn't think the ankle is a "big deal" after having to leave in the second quarter of the game. Anderson was playing well with 42 rushing yards on seven carries and a touchdown on a reception and the Broncos are hoping the injury isn't a lingering one. Anderson had a big game last week against the Patriots, putting up over 140 total yards and scoring two touchdowns.

McCoy left the game against the Texans with a head injury, but he was able to return and had a strong game for Buffalo will 112 yards. McCoy should be fine for next week. Vernon Davis suffered a concussion for the Broncos in the game against the Chargers and he did not return after leaving the game. David had two catches for 25 yards on three targets in the game.

The Giants saw Ereck Flowers go down with an ankle sprain and after leaving the game against the Jets, he was not able to return. The Miami Dolphins saw Kenny Still suffer a left ankle injury against the Ravens and he was not able to return. The team already had Rishard Matthews out with a rib injury and that helped put DeVante Parker into the mix for the second straight week.
