These have probably been the longest 48 hours for Team USA and Dominican Republic fans, but finally, the teams meet up at the 2013 World Baseball Classic after being idle for the past two days. Check out the live stream available as both of these powerhouses play in Pool 2. The winner will automatically advance for dominance of the pool.
First pitch is a little after 7 p.m. ET. The Dominican Republic comes into the matchup as the undefeated powerhouse. They've gone 4-0 and unlike Cuba, they maintained their unbeaten streak alive after a perfect first round.
Both teams clinched their chance to face each other on Tuesday. The Dominicans did it against the Italians after coming back with three runs late in the game. The Americans completely destroyed Puerto Rico in their meeting winning 7-1 behind five RBI from David Wright aka "Captain America." As for the Dominicans, a 3-5 game from Robinson Cano gave him his fourth consecutive game with at least two hits.

Both of these guys are carrying their teams and hope not to disappoint their fanbases as both countries have had disappointing WBC performances in the past.
On the mound for the U.S. will be R.A. Dickey, while Samuel Deduno will take the hill for the Dominicans. It will be former New York Yankees manager Joe Torre against current Yankees bench coach Tony Peña, who has completely revitalized this Dominican team.
