The Louisville Cardinals and the Michigan Wolverines are the final two teams left standing after the NCAA Tournament and all will be decided as the Wolverines have a one point lead heading into the second half.

The Cardinals are 34-5 this season and have come together after the devastating injury to Kevin Ware, while the Wolverines have been strong behind Trey Burke all year. Both teams have been playing well in the first half and Spike Albrecht has the early hot hand for Michigan with 17 points, while Burke has seven and Tim Hardaway has seven. The Fab Five reunited for the game in honor of their past accomplishments and Luke Hancock is leading early for the Cardinals with 16 points, while Chase Behanan has four. Russ Smith is quiet at four, while senior Peyton Siva has four as well.

The Wolverines are 31-7 and are representing the Big Ten, while the Cardinals are representing the Big East. Rick Pitino can become the first coach to win two championships with two different schools and Louisville can win the championship in the final year of the true Bgg East.

Nik Stauskas has three points while Glenn Robinson has five and Mitch McGary has four points for the Wolverines. Burke has missed only one shot, while Blackshear has five points for the Cardinals and Gorgui Dieng has two points. The teams need to work harder at the boards, while both have had issues shooting this far in the game. Both teams are driving hard and playing hard and only one can win.
