Former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher's funeral was on Wednesday and the television and newspaper coverage had one thing in common: features of her 19-year-old granddaughter Amanda, who is a college track star at Richmond.
According to Gawker.com, Amanda Thatcher was born in American in Texas and after living in South Africa for some time, she came back to Texas in 2004 and later attended the University of Richmond, where she now is on the track team. Her brother was a high school football player, while she is a freshman on the team. She won a district title in hurdles in high school and runs on both indoor and outdoor track competitions.
She went to Highland Park for high school and she spoke at the funeral on Wednesday and after reading Ephesians 6: 10-18 at the funeral, the Briish papers raved, saying she was: "perfect," "flawless," "emotional yet poised," "flawless," and "flawless."
