Chelsea target Radamel Falcao has again poured cold water over suggestions he has already agreed a move in the summer transfer window from Atletico Madrid.
Falcao is reportedly one of Chelsea's primary targets for the summer, but recent reports suggest the Colombian international might instead move to Monaco, who have quite a bit of money to spend under their new Russian owner.
There were also widespread reports suggesting that Jose Mourinho, once he signs with Chelsea, would also bring with him Falcao, who shares the same agent as the Portuguese - the highly influential Jorge Mendes.
However, Falcao, who has also been linked with moves to Real Madrid, Paris Saint Germain and Manchester United, has refuted all the reports, saying nothing had been agreed upon and as of now he was very much an Atletico Madrid player.
"I don't know anything, and the only thing that I have in my mind and keep concentration is on Atletico de Madrid," he said.
"I keep myself apart of what is being said. If it was for the press, I have already been transferred to all the teams in Europe like Chelsea, Real Madrid and Manchester United.
"I don't find true any news that is being said about me.
"Last year the same thing happened. During the Final at Bucharest, it was said that if we didn't get qualified to the Champions League, I was going to leave Madrid.
"The only real thing is that I am in contract until 2016, all the rest is only speculation. I don't know anything about Monaco, I have my mind focused where I am."
Falcao would be a great addition to the Chelsea squad, even with Fernando Torres slowly but surely finding form. Demba Ba has been OK since making his move to Stamford Bridge, while Chelsea will also have Romelu Lukaku returning from a loan spell, after his impressive exploits this season with West Brom.
There is little doubting Falcao's quality, and whichever team gets him will definitely have a leg up on their rivals come next season.
