The International Champions Cup has been an exciting tournament featuring some of the best football clubs in Europe as well as one from Major League Soccer and now after winning matches earlier in the week, Real Madrid and Everton will take on each other at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles on Saturday night.
Everton defeated Italian champs Juventus in an exciting match on Wednesday 2-1 after it went to penalties and the club topped them 6-5 on penalty kicks after the match went straight to penalties. Kevin Mirallas scored for Everton and while Juventus had chances to win it, Everton goalie and American star Tim Howard was excellent and now Everton is in through to the next round and will play against Real Madrid on Saturday night. Kwadwo Asamoah scored for Juventus and now Everton will move on to try and play for the championship match. AC Milan or Chelsea will be waiting after they play their match and Real Madrid enters after defeating the LA Galaxy, who played without Robbie Keane and Landon Donovan.

Chelsea defeated Inter Milan 2-0 and Madrid was too much to handle for the Galaxy, as Ronaldo had his chances to score and the club ended up winning 3-1 in the inaugural Guinness International Champions Cup tournament and Angel Di Maria scored the first goal. Real Madrid dominated in the first half and Ronaldo put a nice shot over the net and out of bounds and he left the match at halftime as things were mostly in hand. Real has been mentioned in plenty of transfer rumors, including for star Gareth Bale and Ronaldo has also been caught up in some headlines as the season gets closer to starting. Jose Villarreal made the match 2-1 with a goal and then Benzema added the final goal of the match in the 74th minute to take it.
Chelsea won 2-0 over Inter Milan in the first ever soccer game at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis where the Colts play and it saw manager Jose Mourinho coaching against his old team and despite not starting four players who were in the Confederations Cup, Chelsea had no problems taking the victory and now they move on in the tournament. Oscar and Eden Hazard scored goals for the club on Thursday and the Blues dominated the match the whole time in front of the 40,000-plus crowd and the club took a 2-0 lead just 29 minutes into the first half.
Howard made some clutch saves to get Everton by Juventus in their match and now Real Madrid will give the club a very tough test on Saturday night and now Roberto Martinez will be facing a team from his native Spain in Real and this comes after Ronaldo was featured as the man throwing out the first pitch at the Dodgers game. The winner of this match will get the winner of Chelsea and AC Milan for the final and the losers of those matches will also play for third place in the tournament.
