The Chicago Bears face off against the San Diego Chargers in the NFL Preseason's Week 2 edition of Thursday Night Football. If you can't watch the action on television, check out the live streaming action brought to you by ESPN.

It's no mystery for the Bears, they are in search of another top notch wide receiver to accompany Brandon Marshall on the outside. Jay Cutler isn't an excellent quarterback, but the more weapons he has, the better he will be. Matt Forte is as consistent as they come in the backfield and Michael Bush is a great power runner.

The Chargers receive bad news after bad news. First, their No. 2 receiver Danario Alexander tore his ACL and this week it was Malcolm Floyd, their No. 1 receiver from 2013, who suffered a knee injury. Rumors surrounding who the Chargers should acquire from the free agent pool are swirling as Philip Rivers will need support on the outside. Though the Bears also need some receiving help, they are still better off than the Chargers.

Last week, the Bears were unsuccessful in their meeting against the Carolina Panthers. They lost 17-24 on a Josh Norman pick off Matt Blanchard, which he returned for 60 yards in the third quarter. This ultimately became the final blow as the Bears fell to the Panthers. The Chargers suffered the same fate, but they looked completely awful. At least the Bears forced four turnovers in their game. The Chargers only put up 10 points agianst the Seattle Seahawks in a lopsided matchup, which the Seahawks took 31-10. Brad Sorensen completed seven of his 10 passes for 84 yards and a touchdown, which went to Ladarius Green.

Manti Te'o was a question after last week's game, but there are no reported injuries on the Chargers' side entering Week 2 of the preseason. Same goes for the Bears. However, franchise player, Henry Melton did suffer a concussion on Thursday. He might not be active for tonight's game.
