Aaron Hernandez Fiance Shayanna Jenkins In Fall River Superior Court For Arraignment Friday? Girlfriend May Appear and Hopes For Bail Request

Aaron Hernandez will be back in court on Friday for an arraignment hearing in superior court after getting indicted for first degree murder charges in the murder case involving Odin Lloyd and his hearing is scheduled for 2 pm and many are wondering if his girlfriend and fiancé Shayanna Jenkins will be in attendance.

Jenkins was in the court for Hernandez's previous appearances and he was seen mouthing to her and his family while in the courtroom. Jenkins has been on the outside dealing with the fallout from the arrest and this next stage in the court proceedings will move things closer to a trial sometime next year and a date could be set after the arraignment. Hernandez is currently in jail on first degree murder charges and he was previously denied bail on two occasions since the judge said that he could be a flight risk.

Jenkins has not been above getting looked at by police, as surveillance footage showed her leaving the home the day after the murder with a bag in her car. Police used that as justification to search a storage unit that is in her name and while they did not turn up anything, they had reason to believe that she may have hid the murder weapon, which has still not been located. Jenkins and Lloyd are connected through her sister, as Shaneah was reportedly dating Lloyd at the time of his death.

Hernandez was arrested the week after the body was found and he has been tied to the killing through surveillance footage, text messages, shell casings and clothing, although the defense has called the evidence circumstantial at best. Hernandez was released by the Patriots the day he was arrested and since the case has been moving along, more and more details have come out, including that Hernandez was agitated with police when they started questioning him and a new Rolling Stone article also makes a number of allegations, including that Hernandez was a heavy user of PCP and that he was getting increasingly paranoid.

Reports show him with a gun in his home on surveillance the night of the murder and he also can be heard yelling about not trusting people anymore and all that was prior to the killing of Lloyd. The body was found the day after he was killed in an industrial park near Hernandez's home and he has pled not guilty to the charges. Hernandez has also been linked, but has not been charged in a double murder of two men from Boston last year and reports say that Lloyd may have been killed due to knowledge of Hernandez's involvement in that crime.
