Cleveland Browns vs. Green Bay Packers Radio Stream: Listen Live Online NFL Game Streaming at 4:25 PM

Oct 20, 2013 04:02 PM EDT

The Green Bay Packers are hosting the Cleveland Browns in Week 7 of the NFL season and the team is starting to look like one of the better squads in the NFC after winning two games in a row and they will try to extend that streak on Sunday at Lambeau Field in a game that will air on CBS at 4:25 pm.

The game will feature Aaron Rodgers without some of his best playmakers, as James Jones and Randall Cobb were injured last week against the Ravens in a close victory. The two leading receivers left the game, putting Jordy Nelson and Jarrett Boykin in the spotlight going forward as well as running back Eddie Lacy, who has done a good job this season as a rookie. Cobb was placed on the IR with the designation that he can return later in the season, but he will be out for the next two months and now the Packers do not have a bye week coming up, as they were one of the teams with an early bye, coming after just three games this season in Week 4 and now they will play 13 straight games.

The Packers started the season with a tough loss on the road in San Francisco against the 49ers in a game that was a rematch of the playoffs last year, which Green Bay lost, and they also lost the next matchup before rebounding to defeat the Washington Redskins in what ended up being a blowout game. The team lost in week 3 before their bye week in a rough game against the Bengals, as they allowed a big comeback by Cincy and ended up falling to 1-2 on the season. The team has won two straight game against the Detroit Lions and then last week against the Baltimore Ravens and now they will play against the Browns, who have played well since trading away Trent Richardson, although they looked pretty bad last week.

The Packers have a long and tough schedule the rest of the season, including a number of division games. The team heads to play against the Vikings in a divisional game next before a huge Monday night matchup against the Chicago Bears and that game could come back as an important one for the division, as the Packers play the Bears in the final week of the season and their last division game before that will be in Week 13 against the Vikings at home at Lambeau this time and it appears the Vikes are not going to be in the race after making the playoffs over the Bears in the final week of the year last season.

The back stretch of the season is tough for the Packers, as they play against the Eagles in Week 10 after the Monday night matchup against the Bears at home and then the team has to make a trip to the East coast to play against the Giants and while they won the last time they played in NY against Big Blue, last time the two teams played things did not turn out so well for the Packers and right now obviously the Giants are having a terrible season, but they will be a team to watch out for. After playing the Vikings next the team has a road game against the Detroit Lions and then the team is home against the Vikings in a big NFC matchup and then the team plays two of three on the road to finish, including the Dallas Cowboys, Pittsburgh Steelers and then on the road against the Chicago Bears in a division game.
