The Dallas Cowboys and the New Orleans Saints are coming into Sunday night football looking for a win in Week 10 and the game should be one of the best with the game coming at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome and the NBC coverage will be starting up at 8:30 pm and is a matchup between two current division leaders.
The Cowboys are coming in after Romo had a great game against the Vikings and now the team heads into a tough stretch with the Saints, a bye week and then the Cowboys before playing the Oakland Raiders. After that the team plays its first game on Monday night football and it should be a tough one, as the team is on the road against the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field. The end of the schedule has the Green Bay Packers and the Washington Redskins before the Philadelphia Eagles and that could be another tough final matchup that decides the division like the past couple seasons for the Cowboys. The NFC East has been one of the worst divisions in football in 2013 and this is a stark difference from the past, as the Dallas Cowboys, New York Giants and Philadelphia Eagles and Washington Redskins were once called the NFC Beast but not now it's more like the NFC Least, as the Boys have the worst record of any division leader in the NFL.

The Cowboys have the inside edge with a 3-0 record within the division and even though they defeated the Minnesota Vikings last week, the team has found ways to lose games and they are no guarantee to get things done in the division this season. Clearly they are the leader and the record is what the record is, but 5-4 isn't anything special and with the Philadelphia Eagles blowing out the Oakland Raiders on Sunday, the team is right there with the Cowboys and even the 3-5 Redskins and the 2-6 New York Giants are mathematically alive and in this division, no one is out (okay, the Giants are probably out).
Dallas is in the lead after the way they have played at home, riding a 4-1 record this season, including wins over the Giants and Redskins and they are best in the division with a 48-plus point differential, while everyone else is in the red. The team is also 5-1 in the conference and that could come in handy down the line and while the Giants finally got a win in the division with a victory over the Eagles, they are at the bottom with the Redskins with just one win on the road each. The Eagles are 4-0 on the road this season, but they haven't won at home in ages and are winless in four tries this season. The Giants have one division win and the Redskins have zero and they will need to turn things around to get back into the mix and the win over the San Diego Chargers was a good start.
The Cowboys still have the inside edge since they have the lead, but there are still three games looming and two of them come at the end of the season and we of course know what happened to Dallas in Week 17 in each of the past two seasons, losing to the Giants and the Redskins for the division title and now they will end with the Philadelphia Eagles and it could be three in a row depending on how things shake out. The Cowboys have a tough second half schedule coming up with the New Orleans Saints and then the NY Giants coming out of the bye week and after playing Oakland at home, the team has another Monday night football matchup against the Chicago bears. The team finishes with a run against the Green Bay Packers and then the Cowboys finish up with the Redskins and Eagles.
Prediction: Ugh, Dallas Cowboys win the division over the Eagles while the Redskins and Giants at least make it interesting.
