The Blue Devils come in after defeating Davidson in their opening game and now they will have the first tough matchup of the season with the Jayhawks and it should be a very nice test for Mike Krzyzewski and his squad, as they have some new players to break in, including freshman phenom Jabari Parker and the game will have two players that fit the mold, as Andrew Wiggins is also starring for the Jayhawks.

The two players were the highest regarded freshmen in the 2013 class and now they are playing for two of the best teams in the nation in Duke and Kansas and they could end up being the top two picks come the NBA draft next season. Parker was very solid in the opening win against Davidson for Duke, as he scored 22 points in the blowout and the team also has another star player in Rodney Hood, who scored 22 points as well in the matchup and he is being looked at with anticipation from fans after transferring from Mississippi and the two missed just three combined shots on the night and shot over 70 percent in the game to open the season with a win.

Rasheed Sulaimon and Quinn Cook gives the team players with experience and having Parker for a full season could mean a deep run come tournament time. Duke has played very well since starting exhibition play this season and Parker was named preseason ACC rookie of the year and clearly has a bright future ahead and he will be playing in his hometown of Chicago where the Bulls play at the United Center on Tuesday for the matchup with Kansas, who took care of business against Louisiana-Monroe on Friday in the debut game for Andrew Wiggins. The star from Canada is expected to be the number one overall pick in the NBA draft and he had an impressive line of 16 points and three steals for the Jayhawks to start the season.

Bill Self knows that Wiggins could last just one season with the Jayhawks and the team will be trying to make the most of it, with players like Perry Ellis and freshman Joel Embiid giving the team plenty of talent alongside the phenom. The game on Tuesday will match up two of the best offensive teams in the nation and the defense should be very solid as well, with both teams keeping their first opponents far off and now they will play a top five squad after opening against easy opponents. Kansas comes in with tough games on the horizon, including top ranked Florida and New Mexico, while Duke will play UCLA later in the month. The two teams face off at the United Center on Tuesday for the State Farm Champions Classic and the game will tip off between the Duke Blue Devils and the Kansas Jayhawks on ESPN at 9:30 pm.
