The Arizona Wildcats and Boston College Eagles had solid seasons in their respective conferences and after ending up 7-5 on the year, the schools now meet in the AdvoCare V100 Bowl in Independence Stadium in Louisiana and the matchup starts up at 12:30 pm on ESPN and will be streaming on the WatchESPN website for the Pac-12 and ACC matchup.
Both teams are very strong at the running back position, as Boston College had the leading rusher in the nation in Andre Williams, who was invited to the Heisman ceremony in New York, while Arizona has Ka'Deem Carey, who has had two very productive seasons in a row for the Wildcats. Carey comes in with over 1,700 rushing yards and he has been one of the best players at his position in the nation and so has Williams and Carey has helped get the team to 11th in the country in rushing with over 260 yards per contest and that will be the focus of both teams in the bowl game and this comes after the Wildcats lost to the Arizona State Sun Devils in the final matchup of the season in the Territorial Cup and the team comes in with a 1-3 record on the season and the team slumped to a finish, winning against Oregon in a massive upset, but they lost three of four heading into the bowl game after winning three games in a row.

Williams had a fantastic season that saw him get invited to the Heisman ceremony after rushing for 2,102 yards this season and the team ended up 20th in the nation in rushing yards and the team scored nearly 30 points per game and the team comes into the matchup after losing to Syracuse to finish the season. The Eagles finished the season 0-2 against the AP top 25 and now Arizona comes in with a 4-5 conference record after losing to ASU and the matchup between these two teams likely will be decided by the running backs in Williams and Carey.
Boston College comes into the game after winning four of the last five games of the season and he finished the season with two games on the road against Maryland and Syracuse and the previous stretch before that saw the team lose four of five games and that came after two wins against Villanova and Wake Forest. The two main stars in Carey and Williams are All-American running backs and they have the chance to put up some big numbers in the final game of the season and Williams scored 17 touchdowns and won the award as the top running back in the nation and he could add to one of the all time best seasons for an RB in history if Williams has another game.
