Florida State vs. Auburn Live Stream: Watch Online BCS Championship ESPN Game Streaming Monday

Jan 06, 2014 08:04 PM EST

The Florida State Seminoles and the Auburn Tigers are playing in the BCS national championship game on ESPN on Monday night and the matchup will be live on TV at 8:30 pm from the Rose Bowl in Pasadena and will be streaming online from the WatchESPN website and is the final Bowl Championship Series game ever for the NNCAA before the playoff comes in next season.

Florida State comes into the game undefeated after going 13-0 this season and 8-0 in the ACC, while Auburn comes in with a 12-1 record out of the SEC and you can be the judge of which schedule holds more weight, but for argument: FSU played Idaho, Florida and Duke to finish the season, while the Tigers played against Georgia, Alabama and Missouri, all of whom were ranked, but yeah. The Tigers have their own Heisman finalist in Tre Mason and after he rushed for over 300 yards against Missouri in the SEC championship game, he will be a prime player to watch for the Seminoles defense and he will need to be bottled up or the Tigers could end up running wild.

The Seminoles have size and depth at wide receiver with Kelvin Benjamin leading with 14 touchdowns and he also had 50 catches for 971 yards and an impressive 19.1 yards per carry and he will be a player that the Tigers need to keep an eye on at all times on Monday night. Auburn comes in having lost only to LSU earlier in the season and since that game the team has won nine games in a row and they have played against three top 25 ranked teams to finish the season, including the amazing finish against Alabama in the Iron Bowl and that game saw Chris Davis make a stunning return over 100-yards to win after the Crimson Tide missed a field goal.

The Tigers won against Missouri in the SEC championship game with a fantastic performance and now they face off against the top ranked defense in the country in Florida State, as they are allowing just 10 points per game this season. The Seminoles are ranked first in offense and while Auburn is allowing 24 points per game, they are going for over 40 and this could end up being one of the highest scoring championship games in recent memory.

Auburn comes into the game ranked 107th in passing yards per game, but they are ranked first overall in rushing yards per game with over 330 per contest and that will be their strength on Monday night. Auburn comes into the game after going just 3-9 last season and they would be one of the greatest turnarounds in college football history.
