Missouri State comes in after a win over Loyola and they have won two straight games coming into the day and they had lost two before that and they previously almost defeated Wichita State in January and that was when the team was ranked sixth in the nation and that was in overtime and the Shockers are now ranked number two in the nation.
Cleanthony Early and Ron Baker along with Fred VanVleet are all playing well this season and they are coming off of a nice win last week and now they have the chance to lock in the undefeated season. Early has been playing very well for the team and back in that overtime game against Missouri State, he had 22 points and 14 rebounds and VanVleet helped the team at the end with 12 points over the final stretch in overtime to get the win.
