Liverpool has had a fantastic season and now a crucial match against Crystal Palace is coming on Monday as they chase the Premier League title with Manchester City and as that goes on, Luis Suarez was bestowed with another away, as he won the Football Writers' Association Footballer of the Year after already taking home the Professional Footballers' Association Players' Player of the Year and now he has some momentum at his back heading into the final games.
Liverpool has two more matches left to play and Manchester City has one match in hand heading into the final weekend and that could be the difference in the standings by the end. Suarez had himself an amazing year and now he has two important awards to his name and it comes as he won the Golden Boot as the highest scorer in the EPL this season with 30 goals.
Suarez had to miss the first four games of the schedule this year after biting Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic last season and now he is looking to put a trophy on top of everything as well.
Liverpool is behind Man City on goals, as both have 80 points and the Reds can go into first place for the time being on Monday, but that leaves Man City with two more matches to play. Gareth Bale previously won the FWA and PFA Player of the Year last year and now it's Suarez's turn to take it.
