The Oklahoma Sooners and Tulsa are playing live on the college football schedule on Saturday and the TV coverage is from ESPN2 and the game is live streaming starting up at 12 pm noon ET and comes after the team opened with a win and now Trevor Knight and company come in high ranked and they are favorites in the Big 12 this season.
Oklahoma is being looked at as a national title contender this season and the Sooners are number four in the nation coming into this game and Knight could end up a Heisman candidate if the team keeps winning. The matchup with Tulsa on the road isn't a scary matchup, but the team will not overlook them and it comes ahead of an anticipated game next week against Tennessee and that will be at home after the team won over Louisiana Tech big and that has the team in the top five of the nation.
The schedule this year is tough as usual and after playing against the Volunteers, Oklahoma has two tough games on the road back to back with West Virginia and TCU. Trips to those schools are always tough places to play and that comes ahead of the Red River Shootout with Texas and that is always an anticipated matchup and with Charlie Strong coming in this year and Oklahoma looking so good, this should be a big one in the conference.
After playing against the Longhorns the Sooners have Kansas State and that comes before Iowa State on the road and ahead of a matchup with Baylor, who is a top 10 team after the first week of the season. The team has Texas Tech on the road next and they are coming before the final games of the season against Kansas and Oklahoma State.
