The Washington Huskies and Illinois Illini are playing on the FOX college football schedule on Saturday afternoon and the game from Husky Stadium as WU coming in after a thrilling victory and now Chris Peterson's team will try and keep it going against their Big Ten opponent ahead of them starting up the Pac-12 conference schedule soon and the game kicks off at 4 pm ET.
Quarterback Cyler Miles and the Huskies pulled out a win against Eastern Wash last week despite Vernon Adams Jr. throwing for 475 yards and seven touchdowns in the 59-52 game and now they are heading into the rough part of the schedule soon. Washington has Georgia State and Illinois as their next games and then they open the conference schedule and they have a tough slate this season.
The team opens up with Stanford and then plays against Cal before another high ranked team when they visit Oregon. The team has three ranked opponents in four weeks with Arizona State and UCLA and the team also has Colorado during that stretch and that will be on the road. The Bruins are a high ranked team this season and after the matchup they will play Arizona on the road and then against Oregon State and they finish on the road with Washington State.
