Fantasy Start or Sit Week 5: Arian Foster, Jamaal Charles, Ryan Mathews, Alshon Jeffery, Eric Decker, Brandon Marshall

The fantasy football Week 5 schedule is coming up and some players to start or sit include Arian Foster, Jamaal Charles, Ryan Mathews, Alshon Jeffery, Eric Decker, Julio Jones, Andrew Luck, Michael Crabtree, Steve Smith, Mike Evans, Keenan Allen, Larry Donnell, Eli Manning and Odell Beckham, as some of those players are dealing with injuries, while others have great matchups and the chance to put up big numbers.

Arian Foster has been injury prone over the past couple seasons and he has a lingering hamstring injury that could keep him out. Foster missed a game this season already and early reports have him limited or a possible game time decision for the matchup on Sunday. Fantasy owners should look at Alfred Blue just in case he is held out again. Jamaal Charles is coming back after an injury and he looked good on Monday night and fantasy owners should be fine starting him this week.

Julio Jones came into the week a bit banged up and he was probable to face the Buccaneers and now he is set to start against the Giants. The Giants have played well on D this season, but Jones is a hard START option anyway, as he could dominate the NYG secondary on Sunday. Speaking of the Falcons and the Giants, Eli Manning, Andre Williams and Rashad Jennings are all START options, as the Falcons defense is banged up and they have been giving up some heavy yardage in games this season.

Eric Decker comes in as a game time decision for the Jets and he is a player that needs to get going. Alshon Jeffery is likely to play and he comes in banged up as well with a hamstring, but he is more likely to go over Brandon Marshall. Foster has been listed as day to day and after already missing one game, he could be held out again.

Michael Crabtree has been bothered by a foot injury and while he played against the Eagles last week and had 43 yards on five catches, he could be limited this weekend. Mathews was inactive again last week against the Jaguars and he still is being held out with a knee injury and that means Donald Brown will be getting the start since Danny Woodhead is also injured.

Eddie Royal is a sleeper as well and he comes in after putting up another solid line last week. Royal scored two TDs last week and he has been targeted at least six times in each game this season and that is big for fantasy owners. Malcom Floyd and Keenan Allen have played well too, but it has been Royal who keeps making it into the endzone and he also had five catches for 105 yards in the game last week. Now he has a solid matchup with the Jets and their depleted secondary.
