Chelsea and Arsenal are playing on the English Premier League schedule on Sunday and the game starts up live on the NBC Sports Network on TV and online streaming from the NBCSN Live Extra website starting up at 9:05 pm ET as the Gunners and Blues meet to Stamford Bridge for EPL action.
The two teams will play again in April and this matchup comes with Chelsea on top of the league standings in first place and they are also the highest scoring team in the EPL this season. Chelsea has been off to a strong start and it comes after some major changes from last season after the team ended up in third place on the league table behind Man City and Liverpool. Chelsea had its chances last season at the end and now they are looking to stay on top for a sustained period of time.
Man City is nipping on their heels and the team has been scoring in bunches and Diego Costa has been a difference maker for Chelsea this season and he could be key on Sunday. Arsenal has played well after a slow start and they are fifth on the league table and just behind Swansea and they can move up with a win or points against Chelsea.
Chelsea comes in after a win in Champions League play and they also won their last game against Aston Villa 3-0 and they have been playing very well overall this season. Last year the team was fantastic at Stamford Bridge and they are looking to keep that up and they also had a draw with Man City away at the Etihad and now they have a tough match at home. Comin up the team also plays against Crystal Palace and more in the Champions League group stage and they also play against Manchester United near the end of the month.
