The Fantasy Football Week 5 schedule is here and some free agents and sleeper options this weekend include Travis Kelce, Garrett Graham, Antone Smith, Branden Oliver, John Brown, Austin Davis, Eddie Royal, Donald Brown, Denard Robinson, Bobby Rainey, Andre Ellington and Austin Seferian-Jenkins as players that could step up and some still could be available in leagues for FF owners.
Kelce and Graham are solid TE options this week, as Graham has a great matchup for the Texans, while Kelce has emerged as a strong redzone option for the Chiefs. Kelce had a TD last week and looked dominant against the Patriots, while Graham could be the best sleeper as he takes on the Dallas Cowboys. Antone Smith has made the most of his chances with the Falcons and he has continued to move up the depth chart with Steven Jackson tops at RB.
Branden Oliver is a pickup option for the next few weeks until Ryan Mathews returns and that includes Donald Brown as well. Brown and Oliver are splitting time with Mathews out and Danny Woodhead done for the season and while they have a tough game with the Jets, the matchup is in San Diego and the offense has been playing well this season. Bobby Rainey and Austin Seferian-Jenkins have emerged as deep options in leagues for the Buccaneers, while John Brown has popped up as a solid third or fourth WR for the Cardinals for fantasy owners.
Austin Davis was tabbed as the starting QB for the Rams this week and with Brian Quick playing well, he has the chance to have a solid game. Davis isn't going to be a better option than let's say Andrew Luck or Eli Manning, but for any owners in a tough spot at QB, he could be a solid spot starter. Davis set numerous records in college at Southern Miss and he has been solid while coming in for Sam Bradford. Denard Robinson is another deep league option, as he should continue getting more looks for the Jaguars on offense.
Ellington is banged up and while he may not be available in most leagues, some owners dropped him last week with the Cardinals on a bye. Brown and Ellington are solid Cardinals options this week against the Broncos, as they should be rested and ready to go after the bye. Davis has the chance to put up some solid numbers this week after going 30 of 42 for 327 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions in his last game and he could be a sleeper option for teams in need of a QB with players on byes this week.
The Brown boys on the Chargers and the Cardinals are solid sleepers this week as well. Donald has been getting more work since Mathews and Woodhead went down and he had 62 yards last week but the better number is his carries. Brown went for 31 carries and that means he should keep getting the ball and moving forward he could have some big games.
John Brown is an option in deeper leagues and he comes in with three touchdowns and two of those came in his last game. While he has a low amount of catches, the Cardinals pass as much as anyone and if Ellington is hobbled, he could get some looks.
