Montreal Canadiens vs. Edmonton Oilers Live Stream: Watch Online Streaming NHL Game

The Montreal Canadiens and Edmonton Oilers are playing live on the NHL schedule on Monday night and the matchup from Rexall Place starts at 9:30 pm ET as the teams play in Canada and it has the Habs in first place coming in and they are off to a hot start after making it to the east finals last season.

The Canadiens come into the game at 7-1-0 on the season and they have 14 points to sit atop the Atlantic division, while the Oilers have seven points this year. The team will next play the Calgary Flames on the road after visiting Edmonton and the team comes into the night after winning over the Rangers this past weekend. The team won 3-1 against the Rangers and they have played very well and they are first in the division by three points.

Montreal was a sexy Stanley Cup pick and they could be one of the favorites after making it to the east finals against the Rangers and that was a tough six game series. The Canadiens have a deep team and Carey Price comes in playing well and he has a 2.67 GAA this year and the team was able to get the win against the Rangers. Tomas Plekanec scored a goal in that game and Max Pacioretty has continued to develop along with PK Subban and they have provided the Canadiens with a solid foundation.

The Oilers come into the game with seven points and they are 3-4-1 on the season and come in after a win against the Hurricanes. The Nashville Predators are next on the schedule and they come into things at sixth in the Pacific division. The Oilers are 12th in goals per game and right now they are last in the league in goals against.
