The Pittsburgh Steelers lost on Sunday to the NY Jets in Week 11 and it came as a major surprise after Ben Roethlisberger threw for 12 touchdowns in the past two games, but some have pointed blame at Justin Bieber as the reason why, as he visited with the team the night before the game when they were having a Bible session.
Roethlisberger and the Steelers struggled on Sunday after putting up some huge offensive performances and when news came out about Justin Bieber visiting the team social media and the internet started speculating. Roethlisberger said that Justin Bieber didn't "curse" the team and that it wasn't an issue that he stopped by.
"That's not a big deal at all," Roethlisberger said on 93.7 The Fan in Pittsburgh. "For instance, [former Steelers wide receiver] Plaxico Burress stopped by. Obviously he's family, but people stop by all of the time and say, 'Hi,' and we've had other athletes, actors, celebrities, stuff like that stop by. It's not a big deal at all."
