Schalke and Chelsea are playing live on the UEFA Champions League Group Stage on Tuesday and the match from Veltins-Arena in Gelsenkirchen will be on TV from Fox Sports 2 and will be streaming from the Fox Soccer 2Go website as Jose Mourinho leads Diego Costa and his team into this matchup between Premier League and Bundesliga teams.

Chelsea has been the best team in the English Premier League this season and they remain in first place heading out of the weekend after the international break. The team has scored the mostb goals this season in the EPL and they are starting to put together a lead that other teams may not be able to catch. The team is leading the standings over Southampton and Man City as well as Man United and they have been fantastic overall.

Chelsea has yet to lose a game this season and they have the most wins among Premier League teams with 10 and while it's a long way off, it's not crazy to think they could go this season without a defeat. Chelsea will face off against former Chelsea manager Roberto Di Matteo and that adds some intrigue to this match and these two teams know each other well, as they have played before and were matched up in this competition last season as well.

Di Matteo is very decorated when it comes to Chelsea and he took over Schalke last month and now they have a winning home record and that makes this even tougher. Chelsea has played very well all season and the German team can bring things closer with a win on Tuesday, as that would tie with Chelsea in Group G. The Blues are leading the EPL and this group and this season Mourinho said that his team has a good chance to win the entire tournament.

Liverpool and Manchester City have struggled in the Champions League this season and it has been the exact opposite with Chelsea and they are hoping to bring their strong EPL play here on Tuesday. Chelsea has been very impressive this season and they have some solid matches coming up, but nothing major and they have already won some tough games this season. The team won at Anfield against Liverpool and they also draw with Man United at Old Trafford.

Chelsea feels like a team on a mission this season and coming up they have Hull City, Tottenham, Schalke as well as Newcastle and Sunderland. Diego Costa has been huge for the club and so has Cesc Fabregas and those names have given Mourinho a huge boost and now those players will take the lead heading into the back stretch of the 2014 schedule into December.
