Super Bowl 50 Schedule and Prediction: Game Date February 7, Stadium Location, Start Time, TV Channel Coverage

Super Bowl 50 is set for Sunday, February 7 and the NFL championship game will be from Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California.

The game will have TV coverage from CBS and the broadcasters for the game will be Jim Nantz doing the play-by-play and Phil Simms with the analysis. Tracy Wolfson is the sideline reporter for the game and the matchup is set to start at 6:30 pm ET for the kickoff. The halftime show will feature Coldplay, Bruno Mars and Beyoncé as performers and this year it will cost $5 million for a 30-second commercial during the game.  

The matchup for Super Bowl 50 will be set on January 24 after the AFC and NFC Championship Games are played. According to ESPN.com, Las Vegas considers the Arizona Cardinals as the favorites to make it to the Super Bowl and win this year. David Purdum writes that the Cardinals have 3-1 odds at the Westgate SuperBook, while the New England Patriots and Carolina Panthers are next with 4-1 odds.

The rest of the odds have the Denver Broncos listed next at 5-1, while the Seattle Seahawks are at 6-1 and the Kansas City Chiefs at 10-1. The Pittsburgh Steelers are 12-1 favorites, while the Green Bay Packers are listed at 18-1. When the playoffs started, the Cardinals, Patriots and Panthers all were listed as the main favorites, but after the wild card round, the Cardinals jumped ahead of the other teams.

The NFL playoffs are into the divisional round and games will pick up on Saturday and Sunday in the AFC and NFC. The Saturday schedule has the Kansas City Chiefs visiting the New England Patriots to open the divisional round, while the Arizona Cardinals will host the Green Bay Packers in the late game. The Sunday schedule has the Seattle Seahawks visiting the Carolina Panthers, while the Denver Broncos will host the Pittsburgh Steelers in the final matchup of the weekend.

Prediction: Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots face off again in the Super Bowl. Seahawks win this time.
