McClain Arrested for Signature, Obscenity Written on Traffic Ticket (Mugshot Photos)

This is probably one of the funniest, but dumbest arrests of the year as Rolando McClain of the Oakland Raiders was arrested for giving an officer the wrong signature on a traffic ticket.

He didn't just make up any name. It would have been okay if maybe McClain gave a real name, but instead, he chose to write an expletive and signing "Y'all" at the end of it.

Hmm, use your imaginations, what could the expletive be? "... y'all." Get it? Got it. Good.

Decatur, Alabama police had no other choice but to arrest the Raiders' middle linebacker.

What was the original offense?

McClain was being pulled over for having tints too dark on his windows. It was a simple ticket. Nothing major, maybe a few bucks, nothing in the triple digits. But instead of taking the high road and simply getting it done, McClain took it to the next level and cursed the officers out with his signature.

Once in the police station, McClain gave the officers another sheet of paper, this time one with, supposedly, a doctor explaining why McClain needed the tints. However, the cops immediately struck that slip down because it wasn't written on a prescription form.

In the note, it explained the McClain was sensite to high ultraviolet light and needed dark tints to protect him.

Another major fail! Apparently McClain's skill on paper are lacking as much as they are on the field. This past season, the Raiders were considering McClain a major bust. He was their 1st round pick (8th overall) in the 2010 draft. He finished the 2012 campaign with 60 tackles, one sack and forced fumble. Those starts are simply not going to cut it for a first round pick.

McClain was eventually released on a $1,000 bond.
