Atlanta Braves fans are hungry for a title and miss the days were they were World Series contenders. After taking notes from comments made about Justin Upton agreeing to join the Braves if a move was made, the fans overwhelmingly agreed with bringing over the other Upton brother to Atlanta.
The one thing fans fear is giving up too much for Upton. However, instead of focusing on what they gave up for Mark Teixeira, they mention how some highly touted prospects have failed them once in the majors.
The key guys fans wished would have been dealt in the past, Jeff Francoeur and Tommy Hanson. These guys are no longer in the teams. Most recently, Hanson was exchanged for bullpen help as the Braves acquired Jordan Walden from the Los Angeles Angels.
This fan really thinks Upton can make the greatest difference from the Braves being a Wild Card team or divisional champions. Now that B.J. Upton is aboard, the Braves have more balance and power from the right side of the plate. Jason Heyward, Freddie Freeman and Brian McCann provide the pop from the left side, Dan Uggla and B.J. will bring the home runs from the right side.

Adding Upton would give the Braves a lot of strikeouts, but ultimately, Justin hits for average as well. Base runners getting on ahead of this middle part of the order could spell trouble for opposing pitchers.
As this fan briefly mentioned, revenue is a big key for the Braves. As the years have progressed the sea of empty blue seats increase. The financial gains would be crucial for the Braves even if they have to empty some young talent from their farm system.
That's what concerns this fan who says the Braves could reach revenue levels of those compared to the New York Yankees and Los Angeles Angels. Both teams are paying big buckets for big time players and both have won championships since the Braves won theirs in 1995.
The upside for this fan is that Justin would be tied down for more than a year making more than just a rental player. He thinks Julio Teheran, a young Braves pitcher, should be moved. However, another fan wouldn't mind throwing Randall Delgado into the flames.
This is simple and straight to the point. Teheran is 21 and Delgado is 22, which gives the Braves a lot to think about if they want to get rid of these guys since they are so young.
All in all, Braves fans feel that it's time to get some high profile guys into their system. Right now, B.J., Dan Uggla and McCann are getting the biggest paychecks in Atlanta and their salaries don't surpass $13 million each. In 2013, Uggla is set to be the highest payed Brave making $13 million a season.
The Braves are tied up to $28 million in 2013 salary, so whatever they have to pay for Upton in addition to prospects, won't seem like too big of a burden in the long rung.
There are a lot of young and talented players down in Atlanta. Getting a guy like Upton in the mix can only build a competitive atmosphere as young guys like Freeman and Heyward are tied down with the club until 2017 and 2016 respectively before becoming free agents.
Braves fans want to win. They are confident about their starting pitching and bullpen. Right now, they just want some more power hitting.
