Check out the live stream of Jose Aldo versus Frankie Edgar in tonight's UFC 156 matchup that will highlight an evening full of action. The match will take place at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT.
Here's the Tale of the Tape.
Edgar, 31 and straight out of New Jersey is 5'6 and weighs 145 pounds. Aldo is from Brazil, an inch taller and weighed in at 145 pounds as well.
Edgar comes into this matchup with a 15-3 record. Aldo is the more experienced and more achieved fighter as be boasts a 21-1 record.
This fight is for the Featherweight Championship as these two guys will slug it out for the title.
It might be the age catching up to him, but Edgar has a two-fight losing streak that he looks to snap against Aldo.
Last year, in 2012, Edgar faught Ben Henderson twice on back-to-back occasions and lost both matches. The first match came in UFC 144 where Henderson knocked out Edgar. The second match about six months later finished with Henderson on top by a unanimous decision.
Aldo, Edgar's opponent, has yet to lose since entering the UFC. He had one fight in 2012 and defeated Chad Mendes in a first round knockout at UFC 142.
Lets see if Aldo can continue his undefeated record in UFC, while Edgar will try to break a streak of loss and win his first fight since October of 2011.
