U.S. Open Live Stream: Watch Online Free Streaming Andy Murray From Arthur Ashe

The US Open is back in action for Day 9 after the holiday weekend on Tuesday and Serena Williams is back in action for the quarter finals after defeating Sloane Stephens in the fourth round and she will play against the 18th seed in Carla Suarez-Navarro at Arthur Ashe in the evening as the fourth match.

Williams got some revenge against Stephens in her fourth round match, winning in straight sets to avenge her loss at the Australian Open months earlier. It was the second straight match for Stephens against an American and now Williams is being looked at as the favorite in the tournament along with Victoria Azarenka, who has also been strong throughout the week. Williams and Stephens had a match going until it was 4-4 in the first and that was when Williams started to pull away.

She has been on a fantastic streak since losing at the French Open last year and she has won eight tournaments this year and is looking for more in Flushing. Williams will be playing against Navarro after she defeated Angelique Kerber from Germany 4-6, 6-3, 7-6 (3) and that match should be an exciting one, as Williams is looking strong and Navarro has some skills that she could counter with on Tuesday night. Roger Federer is out of the tournament after losing to tommy Robredo and that now leaves Rafael Nadal to face his fellow countryman rather than continuing the great rivalry between the two players.

Agnieszka Radwanska was upset in the tournament by Ekaterina Makarova and Li Na also advanced in the tournament against Jelena Jankovic 6-3, 6-0 and now they could be on a collision course as well. Williams won the tournament along with Andy Murray last year and now both players have looked very strong all tournament and could repeat again and this comes after Williams won the Rogers Cup for the third time ahead of the tournament.

Williams has often played some her best tennis at the US Open and at Arthur Ashe in particular and she is motivated and looking strong after defeating Stephens, who gave her some embarrassment with her upset in the Australian Open and on Sunday Williams made sure there was not a repeat of that match performance.

The media hyped up the match between Stephens and Williams as a rematch of their battle down under, but in the third career match between the two Americans,Williams shoes who the true veteran is,as she took over and never let Stephens back in it after it was 4-4 in the first set. Williams went on to win the set and then took the second at 6-1 and Williams dominated with get serve and was just all over the place with her return, keeping Stephens on the run.
