The widow of Owen Hart has settled her lawsuit over royalties with World Wrestling Entertainment for using her late husband's image, according to the Associated Press.

The report says that the settlement deal was announced on Wednesday and later confirmed by the WEE over the use of Hart's likeness following his 1999 death after being lowered into a wrestling ring at an event in Kansas City. Hart's widow sued in 2010, saying that the WWE owed royalty payments and violated a contract restricting the use of his name and likeness in other venues and materials.

The news about the lawsuit comes as WrestleMania 29 kicks off on Sunday with The Rock vs. John Cena for the WWE championship in a much anticipated fight. Other fights include: Wade Barrett (c) vs. The Miz, The Rock (c) vs. John Cena, Alberto Del Rio (w/ Ricardo Rodriguez) (c) vs. Jack Swagger (w/ Zeb Colter), Sheamus, Randy Orton & Big Show vs. The Shield (Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns), The Undertaker vs. CM Punk (w/ Paul Heyman), Tons of Funk (Brodus Clay & Tensai) and The Funkadactyls (Cameron and Naomi) vs. Team Rhodes Scholars (Cody Rhodes & Damien Sandow) and The Bella Twins (Brie and Nikki Bella) and more.
