Allen Iverson is set to officially retire from the NBA after 14-seasons and after not playing since 2010 he has decided to call it quits for real.

The former 76ers star was known as one of the toughest players in the league and one of the best scorers and he averaged over 26 points in his career after 11 All-Star appearances and he also was the MVP in 2001 and was a number one overall pick as well as a rookie of the year and a scoring champ four times over. He is one of the best players in franchise history and took the Sixers to the finals basically on his own and over the past few years he played for the Nuggets and also in Turkey, where he last played professionally.

Iverson was an elite scorer and his size was deceptive as he was one of the toughest players in the NBA and he finished as the franchise leader for the Sixers in 40-point games and threes.
