Tim Tebow is now an ESPN analyst and not an employed NFL quarterback and while he is looking to continue his career in the league, in the meantime with the Super Bowl getting ready to go on, he is adding another line on his resume, as he will be ministering at First Baptist Church In Jacksonville over the weekend on Sunday as part of the 28th Pastors' Conference and it comes in Jaguars country.
Some fans were very vocal about the Jaguars signing Tebow last season, signing petitions, taking out ads and even flying a banner over the stadium, but the team did not bring in the quarterback and he remained on the sidelines all season after being cut by the New England Patriots. According to the Jacksonville Daily Record, Tebow will be speaking last on Sunday in a coveted spot and will be scheduled to speak and present a speech called "Preaching Christ". Tebow has never been shy about his religious beliefs and this is not the first time he has spoken at a Florida church and it comes after some controversy last year when he was going to speak to a Texas church and then had to cancel after an outcry due to hateful speech by the pastor there.
Tebow has joined ESPN as an analyst for the new SEC Network and he has said that he will continue to pursue an NFL career after playing with the Denver Broncos, New York Jets and the New England Patriots. Tebow had a sniff from the Rams last season but that was it and he did not play at all during the regular season in 2013.
